Rules

1) The normal stuff: NO reproduction, redistribution, blah, blah, blah, you-already-know-this- sell it without my consent of my artwork. NADA.

2) Personal use allowed of course, provided that, if on web, you CREDIT me.

3) Copyright of said art is mine, ©Nancy A/.NAAN/JR Studios. HOWEVER, original characters will obviously not be copyrighted by me. I.E. the idea for the character and everything related will obviously be your idea, but the art is mine. That’s it.

4) I accept only money orders. If you want to pay through PayPal….sorry, not for now :C You could ask for other ways of payment, if you want.

5) I reserve the right to deny your commission.

6) PLEASE tell me beforehand whether you give me permission to upload your commission on my Sheezyart. Don’t worry if you forget though, ‘cuz I’ll be asking anyway xDD

7) Follow the rules.

DO’S AND DON’TS

DO
1) Original Characters (OC) – REFERENCE PICTURES NEEDED.
2) Related to above: NO hentai/yaoi/yuri OCs, please. Maybe some mild shounen/shojo-ai. Ask first.

DON’T
1) NO Fanart. (unless I really REALLY want to do said series’ fanart; maybe you should ask first)
2) Anthro
3) NO hentai/yaoi/yuri, like mentioned above.
4) Everything else that I may have forgotten xD

PRICES (ranging from $1-12.50)
SKETCH:
Headshot -- $2.50
Waist Up/Half body -- $3.50
Full body -- $4.50
Chibi -- $1.25

LINEART -- $1 (no matter what type)

B&W:
Headshot -- $6.50
Waist Up/Half body -- $7.50
Full body -- $8.50
Chibi -- $2.25

CG:
Headshot -- $10.50
Waist Up/Half body -- $11.50
Full body -- $12.50
Chibi -- $3.25

Additional characters: $3 per type.

**If you have a complaint about these prices, too bad. Sorry, but I feel that these are actually cheap prices compared to other artists (especially with CG pieces).

Instructions for commissioning: [

1) Send me an e-mail at revolutionmillennium@yahoo.com with “COMMISSION” somewhere in the title with the following info:

a) Your name and e-mail.
b) What character(s) do you want
c) Headshot, waist Up/Half body, Full Body, or Chibi
d) Sketch, Lineart, B&W, CG
e) I’LL decide whether it requires a background or not. But you’re welcome to suggest.
f) Reference pictures, as well as maybe a BRIEF description of some things.

2) After receiving your order, I’ll tell you if I accept and then discuss minor details.
3) I’ll send a sketch first. If you like it, send the money order (and in the meantime, I’ll be finishing the commission). NOTE: If you do not answer my e-mail within a week, I’ll finish it and send it to you, no questions asked. I’ve other stuff to do, too.
4) I’ll e-mail you the watermarked finished product. You like it? Good. I’ll send you another e-mail with the original large pretty file.

***When paying with money order, pay everything after a week of me showing you the sketch. Example: I showed sketch Tuesday, you send me money order next Tuesday. HOWEVER, this only applies to B&W/CG comms. Obviously, sketches and lineart will run as originally stated above. |33 If you want to send it earlier, you may.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
1) If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so before I send you the preview sketch. If you decide to cancel AFTER that, you WILL NOT get a refund. Why? Because I took time doing the preliminary sketch instead of doing something else.
2) If for some reason, I cannot complete your commission and decide to drop the project, you will get a full refund, regardless of how far along I am on it.
