| Bulletin: | I'm excited to say that my entire talk from the Visual and Iconic Languages Conference has now been posted online! I've embedded the video on my site. I highly recommend watching it to anyone interested in my theories about comics. The first part covers what I mean by "visual language," while most of the talk discusses my theories of visual grammar — how sequences of images create meaning. While some of them are written about in my book, Early Writings on Visual Language, most of this work won't be published online for quite some time. So, if you're interested in this sort of thing, this is your best chance to learn it.
