“Welcome to my parlor!” said the something to the thing.I’m a writer! Through the years, I’ve dabbled in many different forms of wordsmithery -- prose, screenplays, articles and reviews -- but in the end, I was drawn back to my original love: Comics. My current catalogue of work is slim and, for the most part, as yet unpublished, but I figure if I keep at it, someone might mistake me for a professional and chain me to a typewriter for peanuts. (Note to Editors and Talent Scouts: I prefer honey-roasted.) My genre interests range from dark, noirish sci-fi, to slice-of-life teen dramedy, to superhero action adventure, to psychological horror, and every amalgamation in between. I love to read it all and I love to write it all. In short, telling stories is my passion, and I will leap at each and every opportunity to do so. ______________________________________________________________________ My Work:- I am currently collaborating with the very talented artist, Matt “Smokestack” Shults (who I met right here on ComicSpace!) on a sci-fi mini-series entitled The Link. Character designs and pencils for this story can be found in my gallery section to the right. - Matt and I also collaborated with artist, writer, and all around nifty fellow, Amedeo Turturro, on a nine-page horror story entitled, Kaylee. That story was created for and accepted into Pit Bros Productions’ Horror From the Pit anthology (release date pending). This was my first ever completed comic, and I’m awfully proud of the work we did on it. You can check out the first five pages of that story in my gallery as well. (And for a super-cool glimpse at Amedeo’s work process on one of the later pages in Kaylee, go HERE.) - For MSTRMND LTD., I wrote three short war/horror stories collectively known as the Tales of Dante Mort, with Amedeo acting as my editor. More on that project as it develops. - I contributed a short story entitled, The Morning After to Skipper Martin’s currently-in-production Bizarre New World anthology, from Ape Entertainment. Skip was generous enough to give a total unknown (that’d be me) a chance to play in his sandbox, and he has been equally generous with his praise of the script I turned in. I recently learned that my story will be drawn by the amazing artist Joe Suitor, which makes me even more excited about this project. You can read more about the anthology at Skipper’s website (And while you’re at it, you should check out his original Bizarre New World mini-series and its sequel, Population Explosion, which were some of my absolute favorite comics in recent years). - Also, I recently contributed a six-panel comic script to the fantastic cartoonist Aaron Bir’s Sequential Stutter experimental web-comic. The resulting comic is entitled Choice and can be found HERE. (While you’re there, take the time to explore the rest of Aaron’s site. He’s a truly unique and multi-faceted talent, and he has one of the coolest websites I’ve ever seen.) ______________________________________________________________________ There are a few other comic projects I’m developing (including yet ANOTHER collaboration with the talented Mr. Turturro), but none are ready to be announced just yet. When I’m not writing comics, I can be found talking smack about them at the geektastic website Geeks of Doom. (You can see my article archive HERE.) I also have a portfolio at http://Writing.Com/authors/neverwanderer. There you can find the few prose bits I've put online, including a horror story, a comedy, a couple dramas, and a kids' tale. A few of them are even contest winners! Check ‘em out. See what you think. Of course, if anyone sees my ‘Space here and thinks they might like to work with me (or even just say “Hi!” -- I’m not picky), feel free to drop me a line here, or shoot me an email. And if you just can’t get enough of me, I can also be found on MySpace and Twitter (where I make no apologies for the things that come out of my fingertips).

Hey, My comic BLEED has been picked up to compete to become an ongoing series on Zudacomics.com and the competition is running now until the end of December!
You can see it at www.zudacomics.com/node/945
It's very cutthroat and takes aloooot of votes to win so if you like this comic and you like my artwork I would be MORE than THANKFUL if you took the few minutes to sign in, vote, rate it, and add it to your favourites!
SOME INFO
Zudacomics.com was created by DC Comics to find new creator-owned ongoing series by letting readers chose from 10 potentials a month. The series with the most VOTES, highest RATING, most FAVOURITES, and most PAGE VIEWS is declared the winner at the end of each month. That comic then becomes an ongoing series and is published on Zudacomics.com and in print.
HOW YOU CAN HELP! 1. The best way is by VOTING for it! All you gotta do is quickly register and sign in.
2. You can also make it one of your FAVORITES or give it a high RATING. Even VIEWING and COMMENTING helps determine which comic is ultimately number one!
3. You can even download a banner from the Support Page to post on your web page. Nothing helps like bringing in more people to favorite, rate, comment and especially VOTE!
Thanks so much in advance for any help and support you can throw my way! I appreciate it more than I can say. And please let me know if you vote, so I know! :)
Sincerely, Adam |

Well, she and her father reconciled and he brought her back home, only a little the worse for wear. Sure, there was some adjustment needed to suit her new vampiric status, but it was nothing her daddy wasn't willing to cope with for the love of his little girl.
He even bought her a pony.
And... y'know... she ate it. But she seemed really appreciative!
Really! |

Thanks man, Below Zero has been a project in the works for some time now. I was very excited to post them. Nathen Wahl is a fantastic artist, as you can see.
BZ is in the submission phase right now, so, with some luck it may be on the shelves in the near future. 1 Reply [ Latest posted on April 15th, 2008 10:23 PM ]

Holy shit, dude! That was so much more of a process than I imagined it was! You rock! ^_^
You should throw that up on the Benbo. GUARANTEE is nets you at least a few people wanting to work with you. It's proof positive that you're the real deal. |

I gotta say, just getting a glimpse of your stuff has me really excited for the books coming out. (which is the point, yes, but not many actually succeed at this)
Good luck to you guys! |
