My name is Nick and I just luuuuuuuuuuuuurve comics! I started collecting comics in 1990?91? when I first got my hands on a copy of X-Men 1. I was amazed by Jim Lee's artwork and back then the X-Men had a COOL line-up, also McFarlane was kicking butt on Spider-Man ( I love the recent Marvel Zombies parody of the First issue cover by Suydam, which I have signed, framed and on my wall, wicked) and it was there that my monthly obsession began. Before that i was well into Transformers, as a kid I would have the weekly comics reserved at the local newsagents, I used to love Geoff Senior's renditions of the Robots In Disguise. I really hope they keep some semblance of the original Generation 1 designs in the Movie, but i know they wont!
Anyway, I have branched out from the Marvel tree and now am reading D.C. Image etc. and would like to hear of any cool D.C. stories I have missed out on. I would love to hear of anything anyone out there thinks I should be reading or any artists you think i would be interested in.
