to begin, my name's nikki and currently i'm 18 years of age. i started drawing when i was a wee lass and haven't stopped since. i'm enrolled at an extremely expensive and elitist art school, the school of the art institute of chicago, which is where i've lived my entire life so far. i love comics (but hate superhero comics) and graphic novels, and i love telling stories in this manner. nine lives is my first serious ongoing comic. other places you can see my work or find out more about me: nikkistavin.comdeviantartmyspaceso now about this comic! nine lives is a comic about nine characters - friends, lovers, siblings, strangers you pull off the street... uh, anyway, it's about how these characters interact with each other and how all their lives are connected. some have complicated histories together, some have just met. but everyone is in this together whether they like it or not. warning: this story does contain homosexual content. read the comic at nikkistavin.com/ninelives!

I'm not usually a furry fan, but the line style in "Nine Lives" is just really lovely. I will start from the beginning soon, when I have some time set aside.
Another plus on the web site design too, very good indeed, lovely styles, minimal and effective.
