| Bulletin: | for those who care got a now page online always liked books, movies, stories where the villain is portraited as human. this is why i tried to make president lugher in this chapter accessable and humanoid not some anonymous monster ruling the city ruthlessly. no, he founded neurocity and he´s not that type to let his works go out of his hands. so he´s building a totalitarian regime to have total control over his creation. i hope i managed to get it right a little bit.
