Hi I'm Sean, one of three owner/publishers of Optimum Wound Comics. We're three self-publishers with the same mindset who partnered up to get our creations out there under one banner. We've currently got four series going at webcomicsnation.com. These stories are kinda violent. And by "kinda" I mean really violent. All will be coming out in print starting in 2008. We are all pretty excited to be working with Danijel Zezelj to bring an English edition of his graphic novella, Rex to the North American market. Danijel is an amazing artist and storyteller. Take a look at the preview in our gallery and I think you'll agree. We'll be updating this one on Wednesdays at webcomicsnation.com and it will be coming to a store near you in spring, 2008. Click here for Rex Richard Serrao's post-apocalyptic zombie epic Memento Mori is our most successful and longest running webcomic. His hyper-detailed artwork is amazing. All 80 pages of Volume One are online. Click here for Memento Mori Also from Jason Thibault we have Battles Without Living Witnesses which is a Vengeance saga that marries Yakuza films, Spaghetti Westerns and 1970's Samurai tales into a modern day urban crime graphic novella with photorealistic artwork. 20+ pages online. Click here for Battles Our fourth web comic, Jimmy Whatshisf#@k is still under development. There is a four page preview up right now of the first instalment, Jimmy's Day Off both here and at Webcomicsnation.com. I'm really excited about this one but that's probably because I wrote it. Stay tuned. Click here for Jimmy Whatshisf#@k Now on Facebook Most of the time you can reach us at our MySpace page. There's a pile of useful blogs on comics archived over there that are worth checking out. You can also always email us directly.
