The last couple weeks have been out of control. There's just been too much awesome stuff happening. The 30th was the annual celebration of me surviving another year. It was a non-depressing birthday that involved good friends, good food, and good drink. I got Odin Sphere for the PS2 and am having a hard time putting it down... although my productivity hasn't suffered. In fact, I'm arting much faster than usual, probably due to the unusual amount of inspiration... for example, Transformers. Holy shit. Transformers. Kicked. Ass.

And, the coolest thing to ever happen, on the 28th I saw Infected Mushroom live. They're probably my favorite group. No, make that definitely. It was 900 degrees in the club with 100% humidity, and fairly crowded... but I didn't care. It was Infected freaking Mushroom. There were lasers and smoke, and some sort of powerful monster on stage. It was red and loud and purple. Those of you who know me know that I'm a hardcore goa addict, and bands like Infected Mushroom and Shpongle have had a huge impact on my art. Just read Uku while listening to Shpongle's DMT and you'll see what I mean.

It feels like a switch was thrown, or some tumblers fell into place.
All systems are go.
