Very new to this place. A buddy of mine sent me the link, Kanila Tripp (or is it with one P, I always forget? Anywhoo). I'm creating myown comic soon to be whored online once I get enough issues under my belt.

I'm writing, drawing, inking, coloring, and even lettering the thing. Drawn by hand...d'uh, the rest all done in Photoshop. Slick, dark, gothy, 24 meets Reservoir Dogs with a little Hitman thrown in and some Andy Warhol-esque fight scenes (you'll see what I mean when I can post em up). Bunch of other influences go into my stuff and the art is kinda Eduardo Risso-ish I guess.

Between him and Frank Miller there's no one better.

Hope to be able to show off some pages here soon as they set up a gallery or something.

The comic is about people as opposed to capes n tights guys, not that there's anything wrong with that. The man guy is an assassin and there's the evil; corporate figure who manipulates everything from his ivory tower. It has everything from balsy dialoque to rough n tumble fight scenes and some (hopefully) engaging drama. Then again it may be a huge pile of shit that I only think is good, but only time will tell.
