I learned to read by looking at comic books. So yeah, they have played a large role in my life. Back in college I played around with the idea of becoming a comic artist, but the day to day deadlines did not appeal to me. I'm a production manager for a special event company and design and build sets for shows. I have even created giant super hero murals for theme parties. I fill up a sketch book every week, mostly of super heroes. Whenever I'm around a comic shop, I usually pick up The Avengers, X-Men, Flash,and Moon Knight. The artwork plays a big role in what I choose. Most recently I have caught the Marvel Legends Fever, and have been trying to collect them all.
