I'm a longtime collector of mostly DC (very little else) who's got an ingrained love for the Legion of Super-Heroes (mostly the originals, but newer incarnations are okay, too) and the Justice Society of America (ditto--the only version I never cared for was the short-lived Strazewski/Parobeck series). I also created some superheroes of my own, though as yet I haven't done anything about getting them published because I'm not much of an artist. Anyone want to help? :-)

Check us out! Gaywebcomics.com is a portal for artists. The portal and the artist's pages income generator will be advertisers. There is no budget to pay artists to join the portal. It will have to be restricted to those 18 and over because there will surely be some naughty bits, but right now that is the only restriction on the slate. I am just excited about getting the site up to see what evolves. My aim is to have a broad cross-section of comics, art and humor. I am hopeful that the site will appeal to the whole GLBT community. Artists will even be able to accept advertising at their site on the gaywebcomics.com portal.
