I am currently doing the artwork for Awesome Marcus Ninja, which can be found at www.marcusninja.com . Joel buxton is the writer/creator of Marcus Ninja. we publish 1 strip weekly. please check it out.

also, I’m working on ‘the Almighty’ which is my creator-owned mini-comic starring my character, Shagaharamesh, who battles champions, gods & demons on his quest to become the Almighty

I’m also drawing & inking ‘Howard the Ninja’, from my good pal Jesse Harley’s hilarious/ridiculous script. Look for that book early summer.

Style:

When I look at my own art I see a lot of INFLUENCE from a lot of really good artists but mainly I see a lot of (i wish i was as good as these guys)Frank Quitely , Joe Madureira ,Dale Keown, & Joe Quesada. I wouldn’t mind if my art was an combination of those great artists. When it comes to layouts, like to go for that Bryan Hitch-Frank Quitely cinematic/film school 101 style.Lately, I have been very influenced by the art of John Cassaday & Leinil Yu


What I’m reading:

i usually buy most of my comics at theComicRoom (www.thecomicroom.com) in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. i've been getting my comics there since i was eleven years old. theComicRoom is owned/operated by Troy Ritchie, who is a cool dude & always gets me the comics i want/need.
i also like OneMillionComix (www.onemillioncomix.com) on yonge street, downtown Toronto, theyt are really good guys & they got a really cool shop.
