Young college student Derek James finds himself recruited by the Galactic Union Nexus and becoming ProtoStar, their newest agent and savior of the universe.

Looming about is a merciless band of rogue agents, turned interstellar pirates, called the Guild of Pain, who seem to have set their sights on the source of all G.U.N. agents’ powers, the Nexus Stone, and to crush the Union Council in the process. ProtoStar soon finds his recruitment in this space drama was not at all random, but his true destiny! To uncover his link to the Galactic Union Nexus, he must survive his first mission.

With nods to The Last Starfighter and The Legion of Superheroes, ProtoStar will give fans of both the superhero and sci-fi genres VERY entertaining and fun ride!
