I'm the birdbrain, artist, writer, creator, hisser, of Pudgy Budgie comics which I self published. The first mentally deranged issue was conceived one horror-movie-watching-filled Halloween. Thus was...[I said THUS *snicker*] born the Halloween Special issue, "Killer Budgies From Hell!" Some kind peeps bought it at APE and Comic Con. Not the candy Peeps, but I did see a Peeps bus on the drive up to APE which was the only good laugh I had the whole trip because for one sad reason, my budgie was sick and when I got back he had been buried already because he flew to heaven with the astronauts. So it's been hard getting back into writing the comic, but after blowing up a full package of Peeps in the microwave in his honor I've managed to get off my ass again. I see the budgies in my head, they talk to me, I talk to them, no big deal. ^_^ So what I've been creating lately is a much nicer version, one that will require a real publisher when it's finished. I hope to have something ready by this year's Comic Con.

Also, by day I work at a Halloween costume company as a graphic designer. Some of my recent graphic design has been for major Hollywood names and movie titles including Disney, Nickelodeon, Marvel & Hasbro. Being able to work on Pirates of the Caribbean and the Power Rangers graphics all day on my computer some days just makes me smile because I paid for my own education and it has taken a lot of hard work to get where I am today.
