Cheers for the add, Chris.

Keep up the great work with the Monkeys With Machineguns material.

Cheers for the befriend. Enjoyed the Accent UK strip, and I look forward to seeing more of your work. Keep it up! - Dave H.

I like your quirky art style. The square format of a lot of your work would translate well to cell phone comic strips. It might be worth giving rokcomics.com a look if you haven't already - I've got a lot of stuff there myself.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the tip, I'd never heard of that but I'll check it out. I'm pretty new to this in general.

Nice work with the Rokcomics vampire strip - looking good! It's also worth joining up their community site at http://www.rokcomics.ning.com - there's quite a few comicspace cartoonists on there.

Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Cheers for the add, Tom.

And good luck with breaking into 2000ad.

Have you tried getting anything published in Futurequake yet (a 2000ad fanzine based around Futureshocks)? It's always a good place to start, and they're up for another Eagle Award this year.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your comment. No, I've not tried that. I'll check them out this week. The main thing about 2000ad is that they encourage and respond to submitted work. All part of the fanbase I guess. I had to agree with their criticism and Pg 1 of another submission is already complete. I don't know when I'll get the time to complete the other pages. I'm a bit snowed at the moment.
Cheers Tom

Almost there with the Dredd script. Should be done in the next hour or so.

It's a five pager, told from the perspective of a man on drugs who believes he's Dredd. Plenty of gunfire, explosions and dead nuns to keep you happy.

The Ham and Eggs strip is coming along nicely,
amusingly written (with a nice high bodycount, as usual!) and brilliantly drawn by Lauren.

Good luck with this one!

Thanks for the Add.

The new website's come together nicely.

Such a great range of comic projects...impressive!

Almost forgot, the Violent! digital website officially launched today.

You can probably grab pages from Chainstore Massacre, which is up there (with Fashion Victims to follow at some point). Just do a search on Factor Fiction Press. I'll try posting the link below, but I'm not sure if it'll work with BBCode disabled.

Thanks for letting me know mate. I don't want to put really old stuff on to be honest. Teksas was a classic but its pretty damn old you know. Same for Fashion Victims too. Concentrating on new stuff to start the summer offensive!

[ Posted by purecrass on Mar 23rd, 2008 9:25 AM ]...

I understand completely. Chainstore Massacre is ten years old this year, after all! I think the Violent digital reprint will probably be its last outing. That's not to say that there won't be more Tombs in the future, of course. I always thought Tombs going up against zombies in Vegas, whilst teamed up with a Chinese Elvis impersonator could always make a nice one-shot comic.

Thanks for the add. Atland is very humourous, very twisted stuff. Reminds me of Thrudd the barbarian which I used to read in White Dwarf as a lad. Keep up the great work!

Great to see the return of The Thump...

Hope you got a link to your contributors copy of 100% Biodegradable(I sent it this morning to your hotmail address). Let me know if you didn't get the link and I'll send it again.

Best of luck in your continued quest to take over the world (Bognor's yours for the taking, if you want it).

Some pretty stunning artwork here!

Well coloured and generally quite terrifying to look at. I look forward to finding out more about the Scarybirds project.

Thanks for the add.

Some very impressive looking artwork. I'm tired of seeing so many comic strips that claim to be 'the next thing in 3D comics' but end up being static looking Poser figures in unconvincing surroundings.

So it's nice to see from your galleries that technology has been pushed to the limits, with a great end result.

Keep up the good work!
