COLORING, I've been asked about my Coloring, here is some info...

I'm a published colorist, I've done work for pretty much all the big companies, Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse. And I've done a ton of work for Indy guys. You can see some of the samples of my work on my gallery area.

I have both a page rate for the big guys and I have an Indy rate, which is about 1/2 of what I get from the big two. So if you want me to work on your Indy book it's going to be about 55-75 bucks a page. This will depend on the pages and the style of coloring you would want. Also note pages that aren’t inked, will cost more to color these will be pretty much computer painting and you can see samples of this work in the galley section for the Mercury Chronicles.

If you want me to work on a sample of your book to see if you can use me, it's going to cost 35 bucks a page for me to do the samples (no more then 2 pages please) Note this is because I do spend over 3-4 hours on the page and that is taking time away from my other work. So please look at my gallery to see if I'm the right artist for you.

COVERS & Pin-ups. I'll color any single Cover for print for 100 bucks.
Pinups for print, 50-75 bucks.

Sketches or pin-ups from conventions- Depending on the image it would be about 30.

LETTERING. I do Manga lettering as well as Comic book lettering. If you’re a manga company please e-mail for rates. As for Comic book lettering my Indy rate for a typical 22-page comic any where from 15 - 25 bucks a page.

Wilson Ramos is a Comic Book colorist who's worked on such titles as Wolverine, Thor, Deadpool and Spider-Woman to name a few. Besides his digital color work, Wilson is also a letterer of many Japanese comics (Manga) and Korean comics (Mahwah). He has lettered for such companies as Central Park Media, Media Blasters and Del Ray Books.

He works for Wildstorm/DC Comics' Manga imprint called CMX. His work experience includes 10 years at Marvel Comics and was the Art Director for Committed Comics. In 2002, he was nominated for Squiddie Award for coloring. His most recent projects includes coloring and lettering "Zoom Suit" for Superverse Entertainment as well as coloring the comic "7 Days to Fame" for After Hours Press. In his spare time Wilson works on his own comic books, as well as participates in a weekly comic club, where he shares his insight of the comic industry to new and up and coming artist.
