Rampart Press is an independent publishing company located in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to publish high-quality Graphic Novels with storylines that are suited for motion picture adaptation. We believe that Graphic Novels are the future of the comic book industry and play a significant part in bringing unique stories to Hollywood, stories that otherwise would never see the big screen.

As a company we are committed to bringing readers the highest quality art and stories, and are excited to have comics pros like Al Milgrom and James Brown working on our first project Cleburne! We believe in publishing books that have a broad-market appeal beyond the comics industry, and strive to maintain strong sales relationships with a diverse group of retailers and individuals.

Publisher Justin Murphy has over 15 years of industry experience. His first comic book series, Southern Blood, was published while he was still in High School, and received international distribution with Diamond Comics from 1992-1996. He has also written two stage plays including Eagle Song starring Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Fallen Angel for which he won the award for Most Outstanding Musical at the 2006 New York International Fringe Festival.
