I have a bunch of scripts on the go, and no artists to draw them. I'm looking for dedicated and interested artists to collaborate with. I'm talking 50/50 - we split the cash and the glory, and everyone gets ice cream.

Here are some short descriptions:

Definitely Not Hollywood (Webcomic) - Erin's been through a rough time. She left her small town after High School for Hollywood, California. Success came to her quickly in the form of a bunch of bit parts in some of those semi-ironic, Mid-'90s slasher flicks. The dream ended hard when her agent broke her heart and took her money. Unwilling to face her mom, Erin fled north, to the small town of Moosehole, Alberta.

She's made some friends up here. There's Jake, a 21-year-old film student, hungry for fame. Wanda, a 23-year old college radio jockey with a bad temper and some extreme-left political views. And "Smokin'" Billy Gutshank, a shaggy, 53-year-old bass player who wants one last shot at changing the world with his music.


Fairytale Streets (Graphic novel) - First in a series of dark, moody tales of urban folklore, loss, and redemption. The first volume centres on Keith, a homeless child living in the city. He spends his evenings with the other children in the women's shelter, where he lives with his mom while she "gets back on her feet." The kids tell each other stories, about how angels fly over the city, eating coloured light and protecting children from the Devil, who rides around in a black sedan with mirrored windows. They talk about Bloody Mary, the vengeful ghost of a woman who lost her child, and so she spends eternity killing children who wander alone at night. They speak fearfully about The Bagman, an ancient demon who lives in the abandoned warehouse on Alpine Street, catching children who play there and taking them to hell.


Risen (Tentative title) (Graphic Novel) - Jonathan Barnes, scholar at the Boston Society of Antiquities, receives a letter from his uncle Jake, who disappeared in the Amazon 20 years earlier. The letter speaks of terrible danger and amazing treasures hidden deep in the uncharted jungle. Aided by Sir Hubert Locksley, who calls himself the "Last of the Great White Hunters," Jonathan embarks on a globe-trotting, two-fisted pulp adventure spanning the globe to discover the true nature and purpose of the lost continent of Mu.

May contain a swordfight atop a zeppelin, a thrilling biplane chase, ancient alien-worshipping bastards, and lizardmen.


Blood and Rust (Graphic novel) - Steampunk story about inventor Ulysses Crane, an engineering prodigy who stumbles upon the Clockwork Soul, which promises to re-energize the clockwork automaton market, which has been in steady decline since the advent of steam power. Non-polluting, super-strong labourers are suddenly a reality. Unfortunately, the corporate barons of mile-tall Chicago are willing to do anything to silence this technology.

Crane, his family under threat and his life in danger, flees to the gaslit underworld of the city, where life is cheap and automata battle for bets in the illegal combat rings. He's pursued by a ruthless and beautiful corporate headhunter, and a polite and unassuming professional murderer.
