So... about last night.... wait.
*cough* so, yeah, Im a comic artist from South Africa, I survive by working in what little "industry" we have here, which mostly involves drawing comics for corperate fu...folks who think the medium is a good way of reaching the semi-literate "emerging market" and then sticking their logos into the backrounds. Yes, its as vile as it sounds. The independant comic scene is growing slowly, hampered largely by the fact that our market is ourselves... anyhow, my skills grow day by day, soon I will leave these shores for... somewhere else. yup. |
