My life is as full of drama as usual. New apartment, new job starting next week if all goes well. Plus I've been duking it out with a nasty cold virus.

I'm gonna send you an older story for P6. There are no robots, but there is a golem - I hope that still fits in with your theme. I've just got to re-configure the pages to fit in your template (it was originally 8 1/2 x 11, so I'll have to stretch it out just a little.) I've got a couple days off, so that should be done soon.

Oh man - you're so behind the times, there are two, count 'em, TWO collections of Action Philosophers in stores RIGHT NOW! And issue 8 comes out next month! YEEEEEAAAARRRGGGHH!!!

Hey diddly-ho, frienderino!

By the way, I've been loving Action Philosophers. Any chance of a TPB collection in the works?

Hi there! We’re starting up this year’s Small Press Idol…and wanted to invite you to the grand unveiling of this year’s Guidelines. I apologize for the all-in-one nature of this. At this time, individuals and teams have a little over a month to get things together and be ready to post their Round 1 entries. Round 1 will last till March 25th. It’s a solid window to get a project together and qualified for Round 2 past our judge panel. If you are interested in being a contestant, this is fair warning to get a project going!
If you are a news outlet or resource of any sort, we invite you to help spread the word about Small Press Idol, and get on the official Sponsors and Supporters list on the Idol Main Page. Traditionally, the page has gotten hundreds of thousands of hits a month for the 5 months the contest runs. All we ask in return for the link placement on our prominently placed list, is a link back in some way that is fairly prominent, and that you indeed cover the contest if you are a news site. You can contact us about that right from the guidelines page.
Just want to watch the show? That’s great! Now is time to sign up at the site so you can VOTE in the rounds to come, and post comments about your favorites! We’re expecting hundreds of contestants this year. It should be a lot of fun!

Hope this message reaches you in the spirit it was intended, you are welcome to ask questions, and otherwise make sure this is for real. This is the fourth year for the SPI. Last year’s contest pages are still online. So that’s what this is about, hope it interests you!

Cool! Another Bostonian! Thanks for the friend watch. I'm happy to see some local residents that are interested in the same thing I'm interested in. I'm about twenty minutes away by commuter rail from the city so to me, it's like walking to work and back home again.

Hey there!
Maybe we'll meet in town someday, if only some halfway decent events come to Boston...

Cool, what size and when do you need it?

Remove[ Posted by Dimestore on Dec 28th, 2006 7:15 AM ]...

They need to be 160 wide x 120 tall in pixels, can be animated...don't forget to send the web link you want it to point to.

as for when, Kick starts go up every week for a week, so sunday nights are deadlines. Use it at your discretion, you can wait till you have something you want to announce new or whatever, just remind me at the time you send it in if you don't use it right away here.
