Thanks for adding my gallery to your favorites! Seems like it led more people to take a look - and I appriciate that.
Your entheusiasm is catching - and you've got me working on more ideas of my own. Now if only the Easter Bunny could show up with a Wacom tablet this year... |

Thanks for the recent add - and I'm glad you noticed that Wham! is in my favorites gallery. I like it very much - and I've had good things to say about it to others. Somehow it reminds me of Ray Bradbury meets Bridge to Teramethia... but that doesn't do it justice, and there are probably better comparisons out there :). Keep up the great work - and let us know when you add pages! Ron 2 Replies [ Latest posted on March 11th, 2007 11:21 PM ]

I'll keep you posted- I'm firming up pacing and script for the next 18 pages, which will finish up the second chapter with actual action and stuff. Bradbury? Holy cow. Thanks again!!! |

Something about the kids in their neighborhood is sort of Dandilion Wine/Halloween Treeish to me. The wonder of kids springing into the night in pursuit of a kind of will'o the Wisp in the form of something futuristic. Classic call to adventure. Of course, the challenge is to keep up that wonder without limiting the new horizens! The pacing is lovely, as well. |

Thanks for the add. I came across your work last night in a random surfing episode - and I have barely scratched the surface (dial up=abacus), but I'm absolutely energized by what I've seen. I'm not the most well connected guy you know - but I will be introducing your work to everyone I think will appreciate it, and that is everyone I know with kids and with an interest in comics. I think the example you set is fantastic - and the standards you set are incredibly high for a small company. You make 'All Ages' feel like a cutting edge concept - and the comparison with Saturday Morning Entertainment is spot on. You also represent to me what comics can be now that technology dissolves the imaginary monopolies held by two companies in NY (whom I enjoy - but have felt cowed by). |

I sent a copy of a Doctor Who movie out to Mister Blue - if anyone else is missing one or two stories and wants to fill out a collection, let me know. I've had a lot of help getting every episode on video - and I'd like to be able to 'pay it forward' a bit. If I get too many requests - or anything seems unreasonable, I may retract this - but for now, let me know. R |
