I'm Jopy Arnaldo, an aspiring writer-type (Film and comics) of person from that small unknown country called the Philippines. I grew up with comics then stopped when I was around 10 or 11. Got back into it during my second year of High School, discovered I had a thing for writing comics and I've been doing it ever since, experimenting here and there, chugging out little scripts for myself and, at times, for others.

I love all kinds of comics, from the Superhero types (Batman, X-men, Runaways) to the more "Mature" line (Fables, Sandman, Y the Last Man) to the indie (Casanova, Scott Pilgrim, Street Angel).

My writing heroes are Brian K. Vaughn, Joss Whedon, Grant Morisson, Diablo Cody, Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, Haruki Murakami and Michael Chabon.
