| Bulletin: | My kids got me thinking tonight while we were having dinner at Pizza Hut (getting me thinking is always a dangerous thing to do) about how cool an all-super-hero cable TV channel would be. So of course, I had to start making lists. (I'm a list maker. They're all over the place in my house.) And here it is, the line up if I were in charge of an all-super-hero cable TV channel. Monday - Friday, 6AM to 7PM daily programming and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6AM-9AM would consist of the following cartoons, varying shows each day, rotating in and out as a series finishes: Superman the Animated Series Superman (Fleischer) Batman the Animated Series/Batman and Robin Batman Beyond The Batman Justice League/Justice League Unlimited Superfriends/Challenge of the Superfriends/Super Powers Galactic Guardians X-Men X-Men Evolution Avengers Iron Man (60s) Iron Man (modern) Fantastic Four (60s) Fantastic Four (modern) Hulk (60s) Hulk (modern) Spider-Man (90s) Spider-Man (60s) Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends Spider-Man Unlimited Plastic Man Spider-Woman Ultra Force Battle of the Planets Voltron Transformers (original) Transformers Beast Wars Transformers Beast Machines Transformers Cybertron Thundercats Thundarr the Barbarian Johnny Quest Teen Titans Space Ghost Galaxy Trio Herculoids Shazzan The Impossibles The Tick Powerpuff Girls Samurai Jack Captain America Captain Caveman and the Teen AngelsBird Totally Spies Danny Phantom Sailor Moon Flash Gordon (old one) Thor (60s) Phantom 2040 Defenders of the Earth Static Shock Krypto the Super Dog Space Sentinals Freedom Force Martin Mystery Ben 10/Ben 10 Alien Force Secret Saturdays Darkwing Duck Frankenstein Jr. Atom Ant Birdman Challenge of the Go-Bots Dynomutt, Dog Wonder Drak Pack The Mighty Mightor Captain Planet Sinbad Jr. Swatcats Young Samson and Goliath The Three Robotic Stooges The Super Globetrotters Teen Force Space Stars Gargoyles American Dragon Bravestarr Tarzan He-Man She-Ra Hero High Shazam Webwoman Superstretch and Microwoman Freakazoid The Savage Dragon Earthworm Jim Legion of Super Heroes The Zeta Project Loonatics Unleashed Centurians Skyhawks Mightyman and Yukk Zorro Sunday through Thursday, Prime Time, 7PM -11PM, would feature live action shows, with each night themed (serials, comedy, DC, Marvel, etc.): Superman (classic b/w) Batman (serials) Adventures of Superboy Lois and Clark Smallville Wonder Woman Incredible Hulk Spider-Man Birds of Prey Greatest American Hero M.A.N.T.I.S. Saturday and Sunday, 9AM-7PM would feature a marathon run of a new anime each weekend, one for Saturday and a different one for Sunday. I know I've probably left off a few diamonds I just couldn't remember, but I'm sure you'll clue me in on what's missing, won't you? So have at it. |
