Millennium Restart!

Millennium is restarting soon. I'm finishing two more pages I started before I decided this, and then jumping to the new prologue, which I've already begun drawing. A lot has changed in the new script (if not everything), but some things will still be familiar! Just better!

Here's what I posted on the site when I first made this announcement:

There's a reason I haven't updated today! There are actually several, the most important of which actually only surfaced last night, when I went to bed for work and could not sleep for two hours!

I'm restarting Millennium. YES. FINALLY. I've been evading the inevitable for some time, I think, and it's too much now. See, right now Millennium is building up like stacking big blocks on top of little blocks. Eventually it wouldn't work, because the foundation, the small blocks, the lack of real solid direction and design in the beginning, is weak. The heavy stuff I have planned will horribly outbalance it, and no one will want to read through all that crap to get to the good stuff. I also have dwindling motivation to go on because no one's going to really know what Millennium in my heart is like by reading the first 100 pages! They vary greatly in style every 10 pages, things jump back and forth, it's just chaotic, not to mention inconsistent!

The short of it is that I'm starting all over from the beginning. Everything will be basically the same except for the Prologue, and the whole Booman Forest section is going to be much more detailed, because it's very important. The characters are all getting design tweaks, but nothing horribly major. They will be a lot better, though. I tried expanding them off limited designs from 4 years ago as I went along and it's just awful, as you can see. I'm redrawing them now in a way that will be more consistent!
You'll also still be able to access the old archives, because no matter what, I'll never actually dislike Ronou's first fight, or Schalah's appearance/sudden death.

I think this way I'll actually be able to and have the desire to update more often. I want to make this comic good now.
Please bear with me, as I think you'll enjoy the comic more. I'll be working on this right away and begin updating with new pages/revamping the archives as soon as I finish pages 113 and 114. <3

(You know what else this means? More cameos! :D)
(This also means I may be changing the layout again soon. Ronou layout time!)

In the meantime, I'm also working on character and world designs for two other comics, one of which will be a webcomic (no idea when I'll start it), another which will be an entry for RSOM.
However, these things are not priority, as I am now fashioning Millennium into something I can be proud of and will no longer sublimate it in hopes to redeem myself in other comics. >_> Yes, this time Millennium will be good, and if it's good enough, then I'll compile it and release it in book form on Lulu once I've gotten through Arc I again. (Ah, I can't wait to redo that...so much better this time.)
