Shannon Donahoo.com is my blog but mentioning that only makes me some kind of blog-whore, and my new year's resolution was to cut back on the whoring. So forget I mentioned my blog.

I am mostly a "wait for trader", so I guess I should apologise for that to those of you who hate it. The problem is that I read my comics so many times, pages began falling out. Reading trades meant I could enjoy the story as much as I wanted without having to shell out for replacement copies. I have around 400 trades sitting on my shelves, sandwiched inbetween assorted DVDs, books on teaching, religious reference books and assorted paraphenalia.

As an Aussie I am compelled to love the Phantom (and would love to see an Ultimate or All-Star take on the Ghost Who Walks.)

Right now I'm reading Civil War even though I don't want to and aren't particularly enjoying it - but I'm loving the hell out of the Goon, Hellboy, Invincible and most of the Ultimate line.
