M. Rinn is currently a religion student at Syracuse University, working to complete her bachelor's in religion with an emphasis on religion in antiquity. Other personal areas of interest include Gnosticism, early Christianity, angel and demon mythologies, Greek pagan religion, the historical Jesus, text criticism of the New Testament and apocraphyal texts. Her thesis is on Lilith's role as a literary figure starting in the Romantic period into the present day.

Her comic project, "Paradis" combined her interst in religion and enjoyment of scripting with the assistance with her friend R. Peason, focusing on Judeo-Christian mythology with occasional pagan flares added in. It is hosted at Webcomics Nation and available for viewing here with an offically website that can be found here She is the writing end of the series, having been working on the world of Paradis for four years prior to launching the comic online.
