Header: Attention Chicago Geeks!!!!
Bulletin: Chicago, IL (April 17, 2007) - Now that "Shots in the Dark" has a few shows under its belt, including an interview with the amazing Jeph Loeb, they are ready to celebrate their success! On April 28th, the crew will be throwing a launch party at the all new Hero Headquarters location at 1530 W. Lake Cook Rd. in Wheeling, IL. Activities will include gaming of every sort (including Heroclix, video gaming, and other games orchestrated by SitD) and raffles and auctions of goods signed by comic creators such as Brian K. Vaughan, Sean McKeever, Eric Wight, and Robert Richardson as well as original sketches and pages by creators such as Phil Hester and Ande Parks. Chicago's own Tim Demeter, Mike Norton, and Skottie Young will be in attendance doing sketches and signing comics! Half of the proceeds from the raffles and auctions and all of the proceeds from sketches done at the party will be donated to the Hero Initiative. This launch party also coincides with the beginning of the Grand Re-Opening celebration for Hero Headquarters, which will culminate in their own celebration on May 5th, Free Comic Book Day. In addition to all of this, the "Shots in the Dark" gang will be recording their weekly podcast on location! Keep an eye on the "Shots in the Dark" website as we near the party, as there is much more to be announced!

Before the geek party of the year we'll be bringing you the April 21st episode of "Shots in the Dark." In addition to discussing the latest and greatest in geek news, they'll be talking about the Original English Language manga Boys of Summer, the newest Sims 2 stuff pack, Celebration Stuff, the Logitech Harmony Remote for XBox 360, a comic review, and they'll be cracking open Vince's Vault to talk about the classic game Fallout. The episode will be available in the evening of Saturday, April 21st.
