Bulletin:

my past week as been so much fun that I just HAVE to share it with however wants to read it.
It started Thursday morning (the final day of my 2 straight days off from work) where I noticed something wasn't quite right with me. Just something that was slightly off, but couldn't put my finger on it. As the day progressed my head got heavier and I got warmer and eventually I felt I needed to go sleep, so I did.
I woke up the following morning, feeling pretty much the same as the previous evening and with a slight difficulty I went to get my allergy meds, but before I could even open one of them I found myself waking up on the floor with my head thumping heat and ache - I'd passed out.
I had to call in sick, of course, but said I'd be feeling better by the time the second shift (6pm) came about (this was 9pm)...
I didn't, but I went anyway, and returned at midnight-ish. Got up again after "only" 10 hours of sleep and went to work did sort of well... considering how I was doing (cold, but still sweating and coughing like I'd tuberculosis or something). At 2 the shift was over and I took a little rest for 3.5h in a staff room, hoping I'd feel better... I did... slightly... but only enough to last me 3 hours. By 9pm I had to be picked up and driven home. I crawled into bed and tried to sleep, but not after having taken my temperature; 103.
I should've been dead. Well, not really, but you know. Suffice to say the next day I didn't come into work and nor did I today. I've slept maybe a total of 40 minutes the past 48 hours, I'm freezing and sweating and my head is thumping. My throat is all sore from coughing, but it's just a dry cough - nothing's coming up, so it's VERY annoying... especially since now it hurts to cough and it's still a dry cough but I've got to cough, I can't quench it. Fabulous week.
