Ah yes, you're right. The novel is science fiction and my target audience is late teens. I like to describe it this way: Take the novel Wind in the Willows or the Redwall book series, set it in outer space, take an orphan, an intergalactic trade organization, and some divine intervention, throw in a prophet, an ancient demon, a gruesome cult, some action movie style antics, some drama, a touch of humor, wrap it all up in a Christian worldview with biblical parallels, and you have my book. I'm working on the first three chapter right now.
