Hey, thanks for the add on here and on myspace! I just checked your stuff out- it's refreshing to find a comic that is so well-observed and authentic. You have some really good work here!

Dear Nick, thanks for inviting me to your neat party! I'm having a very good time (and am drunk) and you are awesome! I will probably talk to you in a few minutes because I am at your house, but bye for now!!

Hey Marty Day, you are totally sitting next to me at Nick's party and I think you're neat and I'm glad I know you and I'm drunk and you are sooo sober and will probably laugh at this later. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm glad this stupid ass site exists because this is how I met you and you are awesome and I'm done now. PS you win at life.

Love,

Jen

But wouldn't that whole rising from the dead thing technically make Jesus a zombie too?

Jesus was never a zombie!! There's a complex difference... Someone has better explained it than I can, so I'll just use it here:

"The separation between "Resurrected" and "Zombie" could be a grey area in terms of literary use. Generally a resurrection only occurs at the guidance of the Divine Good (whether it be pagan, christian, or indian). Now a zombie is always given birth through the use of evil means, traditionally dark "voodoo" magic but more recently scientific hubris has come into play (it being the darker side of science).
The defining characteristics between the resurrected and the zombified ar thus; Resurrected individual comes back entirely whole, complete with all memories and characteristics from previous life, sometimes including memories of his afterlife. A zombie is unwhole, they possess only the basic motor functions which allow for the fulfillment of our most base animalistic desire, survival."

But the way I like to put it is this: I don't seem to recall any stories in the Bible about JC lumbering around gnawing on people, which is a chief characteristic of zombies.

Either way, thanks for checking us out!

Hey, thanks for the add and the kind words. You have some nice stuff here! Haha your first strip made me laugh out loud... I've definitely tried to draw with mittens on before too!

Thank you. I just had to let you know that I've been having a similar experience you showed on your Howl at the Moon strip. It is weird... a kind of comfort mixed with terror.

Hey, thanks for the nice comment!

You guys should eventually do a strip where your intrepid survivors stop a group of zombies by waxing the floor. Haha I've always wanted to see that in a movie but it still hasn't happened.

Anyway, awesome comic! Keep it up :)
