It collects the original four-issue comics mini-series, plus is packed with extras, including a never-seen alternative cover to issue #2, pinups by David Dwonch, Super Ugly, Danielle Corsetto, Alex Robinson, Lonnie Allen, and (hopefully others), a section that locates and explains the literally hundreds of easter eggs that are scattered throughout the book, as well as a number of the webstrips from which you are reading right now.
