Starscape aims to recreate the excitement of British adventure comics such as Valiant, 2000AD and the Mighty World of Marvel (or in my reading preference, Starlord, Captain Britain and Tornado).

Comic strips are in Comic Display reader format, a small piece of software that makes comic reading on the computer fun. These are easily convertable to jpeg picture files for printing or alternative software viewing.

Amongst the strips are Marvel/ Fleetway/ DC Thomson writer/ editor Jason Quinn's creation, the Guard Dogs - a cross between Batman and the Office; classic comic strips from the golden age (starting with Streamline from Denis Gifford) and Fleetway's Leopard from Lime Street; features on the Galactus Trilogy and British Comics, plus lots more. To come will be the Nimrod Universe featuring the Deterrent (compared to Alan Moore's Marvelman by Silver Bullet Comic Books), Bob Monkhouse's The Tornado and many many more, including fancomics of Marvel and DC!

As well as comics, Starscape also houses links to movies, cartoons, fanfilms, classic sci-fi and new novels and short stories.
