Stop_Him
Behold, some stuff. You can get to most everything I do from my Low Rent Media Empire, http://www.stop-him.com. There's a gallery of my art there. I started a comic called Nixon which I really should get back to one of these days. As Platzangst, I record music and noise, ranging from pop/rock songs to experimental abstract art damage. Like many other bandwagon-jumpers, I have a LiveJournal and a DeviantArt account, and now one of these too... As a writer, I am interested in hooking up with other artists for collaborative projects; I prefer things in an action/adventure vein such as science fiction, fantasy, and, yes, superheroes. I am currently seeking artists to participate in a fantasy-oriented project - click here for details. My email is stop.him@gmail.com

I don't know if the APA is still going, and certainly don't worry too much about recalling what I did. I think I was in just 2 issues ( a section called "Scott-erbrained" ) before I got heavily involved with Hasbro. It was the way I was exposed to your artwork and characters. Let me know if there are any Mouse projects coming up. I recall playing around with inking one of your pages for fun, and sending you a pin-up page I did of one of your characters. 1 Reply [ Latest posted on January 21st, 2007 2:37 AM ]

As I read a link you have here, I think that drawing was of a character from Tatterlimbs... if I am not mistaken. I'll read on in the meantime. |

Colin,
It's great to see you again. Not sure if you recall the APA-APA, but I was a big fan of your stuff back then and still check in on your website to see what is new. I love the cat and mouse artwork.

Oh, wow, that's an even older memory than OCAD. Sure I recall it, though I admit I haven't thought about it for just about forever...
Is it still going in this digital age?
I'm a little embarrassed to say that while your name is familiar, I don't specifically remember what you contributed to the APA, but it looks like you're doing pretty good now if your own page is any indication. |

You realize, of course, that in one year it will be a decade, and thus an important anniversary or something. It is quite possible time itself will crack apart under the strain.
Aside from being 40 now, I'm ok... |
