I know how you came to the conclusion. It was never said what Moth was, and it was never said that she wasn't a Dragon (therefore, I have just spoiled you *gasp*) =D

Lev is the only dragon that can't controll himself. Just as Moth can't controll her beast, as well. But Moth doesn't need meds because she isn't resistant to magic (as dragons are)(yep, Lev has a seal too...)

on the other thing: I'm planning to begin my 'extra' section one of these days, with a 'how everything works' corner. I am glad for every question/sugestion. I mean it. Really!

And... dragons? In Rte?
They're a sub-species of the second generation demons. Oniki's mom was one. Lev is one. Only that Oniki's mom was very capable of controlling herself. Lev is not.
Dragonic reproduction? How weird =D I guess if two 'dragons' mate, the lill' one will end up being a dragon, too (never gave it a thought, actually. Shame on me)
BUT if you're asking because of Moth: Moth is not a dragon.
