Hey,

Do what you do. If you can write, write. If you can draw, draw. If you can't do either of those things, but want to, do them anyway. If you're having trouble getting started, write this. "I want to write, but I'm having trouble getting started. I want to write a story about..." and guess what you're on your way to doing. (In fact just typing it out then makes me want to get started on something else rather than finishing this...finish what you start!)

Or if the piece of paper is blank Start drawing yourself at an art desk. Or turn inanimate objects in your drawing space into monsters or Disney-esque characters.

We're all here on this website because we believe we are something. We're all walking this planet because we ARE something. Breath in the air, let it out slow, now start living. Are you drinking more water? Have you been doing those pushups? It's those tiny little steps that will lead to a lifetime of improvements. Here's another tip that can help you feel better. Don't park so close to the building your walking into. Going to the Mall? Grab the first spot you see. Save your shopping for inside the building, not for the parking lot and you'll walk in less stressed out.

Why am I so gung-ho about making you feel better? Cause when you feel better you are better. Everything's better. Your look. Your decisions. The way you interpret information given to you. I bet the people reading this right now, the ones who have actually been taking the advice are paying more attention, and the ones who are just waiting for me to type the word "pussy" again aren't paying much attention to the good stuff.

Want a quick tip to feeling great? Money can't buy happiness, but it sure as shinola can buy you new socks. For every pair you buy, throw away a pair with holes in them. I wear my socks inside out so my toes can't feel the seems. I picked up that little tip from the movie Finding Forrester. A nice little inspirational movie about...writing. Well, it's more about making an ordinary life extraordinary...hmm...seems we've actually accomplished a full circle theme with this one.
