Hi, I'm Mat, and I'm an Australian comics fan. Being on a student budget I don't often pick up monthly issues, as I have become one of those 'I'll wait for the trade' freaks. I'm primarily a DC guy, but the likes of Runaways and the Ultimates occasionally make me stray to the land of True Believers.

One day I'd like to move to the USA if only for the comics community that seems to exist there, because here in Australia it's like Germany and the second World War. They're definetly about, but no one dares talk about them.
