I'm hoping to find an artist for my pitch as well. I usually don't think about superheroes, but when I started focusing on the contest, I came up with - what I believe - is a relatively novel concept (though admittedly cobbled from parts here and there) and I have at least four or five ideas for stories already that fleshes out the character and actually shows an evolution of her - that's if I have the writing chops to get it across. It's nice to meet an Archie creator, Dan! (If you can call this "meeting") I've only recently been picking up Archie and the B&V Double Digest some, so I haven't seen any of your work yet. But the more I read, the more I recall the many fun times as a kid reading Archie comics. And it makes me want to read more, and write them as well!

I actually bought my first Archie comic since I was a kid, based on the whole "new look" buzz getting me to thinking about Archie for the first time in forever. I also pre-ordered the Betty & Veronica Double Digest where the new look debuts. It'll be interesting to see where things go from here.
