I'm a freelance comic book letterer, editor and writer. You can review my portfolio here.

My main employers are Markosia (lettering/pre-press/design), Silent Devil (lettering/editing/production management) Space Dog (lettering), Th3rdworld Studio (lettering). I'm doing multiple titles for them.

Various books I was/am also working on are: Killer of Demons (lettering, editing), Archaia Studio's Awakening (lettering), Brain Scan Studio's Civil Wardrobe (lettering, editing, production), Image Comics' Low Orbit anthology (lettering), Markosia's Heretic: The Templar Chronicles, Starship Troopers, Ronin Studios' Memories & Echoes: Remembering World War II, HOPE: New Orleans (lettering editing), The Venger (lettering).

The webcomics I'm involved in are: Taki Soma's "You'll Never Die..." (weekly), HoCal (weekly), The Surreal Adventures of Edgar Allan Poo.

I'm currently writing a webcomic for Dial R Studios which will be drawn by Pat Loika.

But seriously, go check out the portfolio for a full (chronological) run-down including preview pages.

Machine! Machine! Machine!

[ Posted by daniellundie on Mar 9th, 2007 1:10 PM ]...

All sorts of shizzle! I decided to drop 2D art altogether and switch to 3D and it's been a total pain in the buttocks! But I'm getting there... (I think. Eep.)

Was the New Orleans: Hope one the one that I did that greyscaling on? I was wondering what happened with that. Ever since ComicReview went down, I've been missing out on what's going on with everyone...

Yup, that's exactly the one. We couldn't get a move on with Diamond until now, but now it looks like we're finally getting somewhere, the book out there soon and off my mind. :)

HUZZAH!

Let me know when it's coming out! I think it'll actually be my first thing through Diamond!

All landmarky and such. :)

Hi, Mary and David, thanks for the kind words!

The art in your gallery is stunning. Page 15 makes me wish you guys would do Wonder Woman (that'd be a reason for me to actually pick up that book).

Btw, the Hildebrandt Star Wars covers are my absolute favorites! I'm happy to see the talent continues to run in the family. :D

(Isn't it funny that you're making money in the German market while I do in the American/UK market?)

Remove[ Posted by LimeManga on Feb 18th, 2007 4:31 PM ]...

Yeah...that is weird. We went about the manga thing in a unique way. We did contact the US office first but then David realized Jo Kaps was head of the German office. He and David go back to the German fanzine days so the choice was obvious. David did sooo many Wonder Woman commissions and almost took on a book for DC but chose to create his own stories. Not knocking work for hire but owning your own copyright is a huge plus. My work is very different from my fathers and that's a good thing...I felt like a shadow artist for many years...now I found my own voice!

Thanks Thomas!

Take care and maybe one day we'll hook up...David and I are looking into going to a few German shows...just hafta catch up on deadlines!

Mary

We might be able to hang out in SDCC. I'm planning on going but need to work on the money end for that. If Markosia plans to go to one of the German shows, I'll also be there helping to man the tables. :)
