Header: Worlds End Ashcan Available to Purchase Now!!!
Bulletin:

Hi Guys,

I should have posted this way back in May, but things have been so manic here at the Keep, that it's only now I have found a few moments to write this little Blog.
Anyhow, what I wanted to say is that the Worlds End Ashcan is available to purchase now from the Wizards Keep website and also from some terrestrial retailers and other web presences too (more on that soon).

Weblink:

Here is the "Hook", if you buy an Ashcan from us here at the Website priced at £1.50, it comes with a money back security voucher for £2.50, which you can use against the cost of the Worlds End Graphic Novelwhen it is released in 2009. The voucher can't be used against any other products, but it means you are either not paying for the Ashcan and purchasing the graphic novel with a £1.00 discount or you are purchasing the Graphic Novel with a £2.50 discount.

Please don't lose the voucher as they are bar stripped and you need that as proof of purchase.

"Okay," I hear you say, "So what is the Worlds End Ashcan?"

Well it is the full colour Prologue to the Worlds End Graphic Novel.

The Cover is pencilled and digitally coloured with a "cuts" style by me with Inks by legendary US inker and artist in his own right, Joe Rubinstein (Spider-Man, Captain America, X-Men, and just about every character produced in American comics since the seventies).

The Prologue is digitally painted in a similar style to the Worlds End "On the Run" Poster, but with the pencil lines intact, unlike the Poster, where the pencil lines were erased.

It also contains guest artwork by John Ridgway (Hell Blazer, Doctor Who, Judge Dredd, etc) and Frank Zigarelli (The N'Nej, The Underwater Radio Theatre), character profiles for the good guys and one for the bad guys and a list of what to expect from the series of Graphic Novels. Also inside you will find a blow-by-blow account of how I go about things with the production of a page of artwork, from script to finished art, and more.

Below are the cover and the first page sans lettering.

Hope you enjoy reading the story as much as I liked creating it.

Drop me a line and let me know what you think, when you receive it.

Until next time, have fun!!!

Best Wishes,
Tim...
