Seeking Site Manager for (BL) Webcomic

So, a short intro (very short) is that I run a webcomic. It's not that popular, but it gets a good 10k hits on update days. Used to get more, but then I started to updated less, with school and all.

So what I'm getting at is that I need someone who likes to maintain things (preferably sites) to maintain my webcomic. To run it. Be the site manager, head honcho, how-you-like-it.

What do you get out of it!?
Uh... right now probably the only thing you get is the prestige of running a comic that has at least 5000 hits a day. Hey, it's prestigious! You can also strut around and tell people that you run a webcomic! That's gotta be worth something.

You'll also get fans. I have a few of those.

Money. Uh, about this... You probably won't get too much of this, because I haven't recieved a single donation since... August or something. But if you can run the site well, we might get more donations. Which means money, of course. Also, if I don't have to be worrying about the goddamn site all the time, I might actually have the time/energy to do extra things like draw wallpapers to give to donors and make more merc, which might encourage people to donate/buy merc.

Power? If you like that sort of thing, I guess.

What do you need to do

You have to be dedicated. Really dedicated. This isn't about making me a pretty layout and disappearing. This is about actually maintaining the site and everything that comes with it, such as fixing things if they break, seeing what needs to be done, posting updates, replying to comments, pimping the site out, and dealing with stupid people (like me!). It would also (really) help if you knew coding. Actually, you have to know coding because I'm awful at it. :(

And I'd just like to stress once more that this isn't about making me a layout. This is about being a dedicated maintainer of the site, thanks.
