I actually haven't used brush that much recently. It's been either Pitt pens and Brush pens or a custom photoshop brush. When I get my Mac soon I wanna try out manga studio.

I've used Pitt pens and brushes too. You do get brush results with those pens. I love Manga Studio. Lots of brushes in that program too. Not sure which Mac you're buying but I know that the new Leopard OS interferes with Manga Studio EX 3. Manga Studio Debut isn't affected though which has all the pens and brushes you'll need. I'm sure EX 4 will resolve the OS issue when it comes out (I didn't upgrade OS so I can keep working in EX 3.) Painter is also very good for inking digitally :)
