Header: Risers #1 now on sale!
Bulletin: Hi to anyone who reads this.

Issue 1 of Risers, the mini-series that I have written, is now on sale from Alterna comics. Go to www.alternacomics.com and visit their store if you want to pick up a copy. Don't take my word for it, see these comments from these critics about issue 1:

...Too many zombie books out there treat the zombies as lifeless husks and forget that at one time they were human beings with families and lives. This book remembers that. It’s a different, more soulful and caring take on the zombie genre and I’m looking forward to finding out just what business brought Annette back from the dead in future issues.- From AICN Comics

In conclusion, if you like zombie-books, you’ll like Risers, it’s an interesting take on the genre, and has an overall mystery brewing that looks to keep the reader enthralled in the overall story. Though [there are] some problems with dialogue and character constructions, Risers is enjoyable. I, for one, will be checking out the second issue to see where things go from here. 3 out of 5 bullets!- From Silver Bullet Comics.com

When I first layed eyes on this book my first reaction was “oh great another zombie yarn”, boy was I wrong. This is not your typical zombie tale. There were no zombies looking to feed their unending hunger for brains. Instead, we have Martin Fisher crafting a unique spin on the old zombie genre that I have never seen done before making this an excellent story.- From Comicnews.info
