I live in Central Illinois with my wife and two dogs. I try to play Ultimate Frisbee and read comic books a lot, but never at the same time.

I helped create a couple comic strips back in college that ran in the campus paper: "Ivory Quest," a swipe at political correctness in the form of a team adventure story, and "Fondo and Topping," a serial police buddy melodrama. I don't mean to imply that they were good, but my friends and I enjoyed creating them.

I help run an art gallery (contact me about having a show -- would love to show more comic art) which also hosts music shows (contact me about playing if you're coming through central Illinois).



I also design newspaper pages and create illustrations for feature news stories at a small daily.
