| Bulletin: | We know that many of you have been gone for a while... missing perhaps? Lost in the abundance of internet websites and forums? Finding a disinterest in the site for whatever reason? Abducted by Jupitarians bent on the destruction and downfall of the Roman Empire of the 31st Century, which hasn't come to pass yet, but eventually will!? Oh yes, we're aware... don't think we haven't noticed! A flogging is too weak a punishment for such an atrocity!@ All kidding aside (kidding?), I have a few announcements about ValhallaComics.com and it's sister websites to make. So listen up! After a seemingly lengthy hiatus, Lil' Gods has returned! That's right... our favorite little Norse Godlings are back and they're back to their antics, once again. This time, however, we bring a new creative direction to the table with our brand new comic/strip artist, Skot "Kangarookid" Johnson! I've always loved Skot's creativity and knack for developing a bazillion characters over only a short period of time. It's that type of creativity and imagination that really makes a comic pop, so it really brings me pleasure to announce his placement on the project. He shall be our regular/permanent artist for a good while to come, so keep a look out! Head over to: http://comics.valhallacomics.com/lilgods.php to check it out! As many of you remember, in my last E-Mail I mentioned that I would need to end my battle/jam postings, because it would take entirely too much time off my hands from my other projects, etc. As I also mentioned, it would be up to you guys to start up these battles/jams, if you wanted to have at it with each other. So, without further adieu, I have some fancy pants news that several of you might enjoy! Our very own member (and regular producer of new art) Yellow5 has started up a pretty cool jam over here: http://forum.valhallacomics.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1097 Entitled "SuperGangster Villains," your objective is to create a new, urban/ghetto rendition of a super-villain. For examples, head over the the forum I linked you to above, as there are already two submissions. The jam ends in a week, so get those pencils moving and enjoy! In other ValhallaComics.com news... You have 5 more days to enter your pre-orders over at the store (www.valhallacomics.com). So, if you're interested, head on over to the site and order up! Remember, all comics are discounted and each one comes bagged/boarded at no extra cost! Keep an eye on the store over the next few months, because we're going to be making some important changes to the overall functionality of the site, adding new options, different tiers, etc. Oh, and I almost forgot... Jump the Fence (Anton Curley) has been doing an excellent job on his comic reviews. His most recent, being: Project Superpowers, Neozoic, and Scorn. I don't know about you, but I started adding Proof and Northlanders to my stack of reading material, because of his reviews, and I'm yearning for some Neozoic and Project Superpowers, as well. I think I'll add those to my repitoire... only problem is that Neozoic #1 is pretty hard to get! That's it from my neck of the woods.
