Got this account for two reason:
1) to encourage comic fans in British Columbia to come to FRED.
FRED is a weekly drop-in fan gathering (for fans of sci-fi, fantasy, comics, etc) which features conversation.
Every Friday night from 8 PM until late (around 11PM or midnight) at Boston Pizza, 1333 West Broadway (block-and-a-half East of Granville),
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

2) plug http://vancitycomics.com/ which is message-board for Vancouver-area comics fans (it is not my site, I just post there)

Apologies to all those outside-BC (British Columbia) who tried to friend me, but this account is mainly for the promotion of FRED and if you are not in British Columbia I doubt you'll be attending FRED.
