Like I have the time for writing another profile?! I will add more this weekend- but for now- the books I read- Wonder Woman (when it comes out), Teen Titans, Birds of Prey, Nightwing, Blue Beetle, JLA, JSA, Supergirl, Young Avengers, New Avengers, Runaways, etc. I grew up on the Perez/Wolfman Teen Titans- so anything to do with them I am there. Donna Troy= my favorite character of all time! Why? Beats me- but I stopped reading comics for over a year when she was offed! More about me- as I mentioned earlier- this weekend will hopefully provide time to update- otherwise- I am a bit of a Hellcat- prowling the streets of the French Quarter looking for a cute comic book geek of a guy with a hollow leg and a dirty mind!! Wish me luck- or get outta my way!! I update Myspace a bit more frequently for now.

Well, I'd say check out the current Legion series... it's on issue #25, but the first three trade paperbacks are out so you don't have to get the individual issues :) |

Normally I only add Legion fans (and fellow Ohio-ers), but you like Supergirl (current Legionnaire), the Titans (teamed up with the Legion at least twice), and JSA (Starman, baby!), so I guess you're close enough :-P.  1 Reply [ Latest posted on January 9th, 2007 5:42 PM ]

HEHEHE- well I am glad to have made the cut! Throughout the years I read various LSH stories in passing- but most of the time that was due to crossovers like the Titans for example. After seeing the zeal of LSH fans here though- I would really like to immerse myself in Legion lore- I just ordered the Darkness Saga from Amazon- seemed like one of the more popular arc's out there. Do you have any other essential reads to recommend? |

Check us out! Gaywebcomics.com is a portal for artists. The portal and the artist's pages income generator will be advertisers. There is no budget to pay artists to join the portal. It will have to be restricted to those 18 and over because there will surely be some naughty bits, but right now that is the only restriction on the slate. I am just excited about getting the site up to see what evolves. My aim is to have a broad cross-section of comics, art and humor. I am hopeful that the site will appeal to the whole GLBT community. Artists will even be able to accept advertising at their site on the gaywebcomics.com portal.
