Fantastic Work! Went along to have another look at World Break and the site's down, due to too much traffic. That's gotta be a good thing, right?

I guess you can put it that way. Better than a few of the choice words I gave it at first, but I like your way of thinking better. :) I hope to put it back up soon.

Dude, he's got PTSD from Vietnam and his family getting killed. So he decides to go on a massive killing spree. All he has to do to fit in over on GH is wear a higher-class t-shirt and talk to people before he shoots them, set to high-pitched freaky music. IT'S TRUE, MAN.

Thanks for the accept! I'm looking forward to seeing S3 of BSG, in the UK, next month. Currently enjoying the new run of Stargate: Atlantis. Rodney still makes me laugh.

*amused* I'm entertained because if there's a character I hate more ever ANYWHERE than Rodney McKay... well. Let's just say there isn't one and move on. But still. I respect other's right to love the man.

And yes, I'm personally waiting for all of BsG to end up on dvd so I can watch it in a couple marathon sessions. I am kind of the works tv geek ever.

thanks! Yeah my editor is looking it over now for the final touches. Oddly enough i'm already onto ideas for next week. Strange how my brain turns lol.

Zombies, huh? Gotta love em! Do you like the Fulci films? I had to wait 20 years to see a decent uncut print of Zombi 2. ;o)

I'm actually not hot on the Fulci stuff, mostly because I don't think the man is capable of properly pacing a film. I've taken to watching his stuff mostly on fast forward. I do like a lot of the other Italian genre directors, though, like Bava and Argento. Those cats have style.

For zombies, I'm more of a Raimi/Jackson/Romero sort of girl. Zombies as a backdrop for social analysis and whatnot, with a decent helping of red karo syrup.

Gotta read Deadworld...

Congratulations with Painkiller Jane making it on to the small screen. I keep meaning to watch the pilot, on the UK satellite channel, Sky movies. It's never on at a good time.

Thanks for the add.

btw; Casino Royale rocks. Big time.

Love the art and the look! Thanks for the add!

[ Posted by wayfarer to FangoriaComics on Dec 20th, 2006 3:15 AM ]...

Fangs for the memories! Fangoria always gave the best info on horror movies. I still have the classic issues. My favourites? Issue #008 with Zombi 2 on the front cover and the zombie issue. (the number escapes me).

Your artwork is unique and exciting. Thanks for the add! I look forward to seeing more.

[ Posted by wayfarer to Saturn_Girl on Dec 20th, 2006 3:02 AM ]...

Thanks for the comments! Kirkman's The Walking Dead is the zombie series I always wanted to write. The thing that's interesting about good survival horror is showing how it affects the characters. Seeing people going around blasting away at the living dead is fun...for a while, but gets tired if it doesn't address the human issues. Kirkman does this brilliantly. We get right into the heads of the characters, and they don't always react how they should and how we would want them to. And, like any good writer, Kirkman lets the story write itself.
An example being #33. I wonder if he had that planned from the beginning, or if just evolved? I feel my first letter to a comic book being drafted... ;o)

[ Posted by wayfarer to Saturn_Girl on Dec 19th, 2006 12:50 PM ]...

Hi! Thanks for the add! Supernatural and Heroes are, indeed, very good.

Sorry Dude! It's been mine for almost 38 years! lol! ;o) Enjoy the holiday period.

Hi Carrie! Thanks for the add! I'll see what useful input I can give you...

[ Posted by wayfarer to walking_deadman on Dec 19th, 2006 10:48 AM ]...

Thanks for the comment! Yes, The Dark Tower books, in all their forms, rule!

I have to agree with Saturn Girl; Heroes and Supernatural are the must see shows this season. We, in the UK, are getting S2 of Supernatural, and Heroes next month. I've already seen the first episodes of Heroes and loved it.

Nice art! Great pic on your comic space page! It reminds me of the SK story, The Gunslinger.

[ Posted by wayfarer to Moongoddess64 on Dec 19th, 2006 6:08 AM ]...

Thanks for the accept! I, also, have a good idea for a series, that could end up being a comic book, film/TV series, animated series, a series of novels, with spin-offs. I'll be interested in how you get on. :o)
