| Bulletin: | I just posted at my blog a eulogy for my recently-departed Mustek A3 EP 11x17 scanner that has served me well since 1999. It died on me last Thursday. As mentioned at the blog, it just didn't die on me while scanning some random page of my next issue, but rather while I was scanning my contribution for the souvenir program for the Comic-Con International in San Diego that was due the following day! I had to scramble quite a bit to do the scan and make the deadline, but I did it. (A midnight trip to Kinko's proved to be a waste of time.) And I don't hold any grudge against the Mustek for its bad timing. It served me well, and I bought it on sale for just $69! I'll miss it. The link is http://wcgcomics.blogspot.com/ |
