| Header: | "Pope's Puns" Air Force Cartoons | ||
| Bulletin: | Way back in 1991 I took on the daunting task of being the cartoonist of the Air Force Reserves with the cartoon single panel gag cartoon titled: "Pope's Puns", and no I didn't come up with that name and no it's not a cartoon making fun of Catholics! Almost 700 cartoons later these cartoons have ended up in "Airman", "Letherneck", "Mobility Forum" and base papers around the world. My greatest satisfaction was when I did a stint in Kuwait and my cartoons were hung in an office everyone coming thru the base would see. Moral for the troops! Oh and by the way I told the folks in the office that they were my cartoons and they didn't believe me so I had to show them my id! So much for fame! |
