WHITE PICKET FENCES debuts in May from APE ENTERTAINMENT!

May 09, 2007 (San Diego, CA) – Ape Entertainment is pleased to announce the debut of the retro science-fiction series WHITE PICKET FENCES in May 2007.

Created by up-and-coming writers Matt Anderson & Eric Hutchins, and illustrator Micah (Night Trippers, The Living and the Dead, Fear Agent) Farritor, WHITE PICKET FENCES tells the story of Charlie Hobson, a young boy who stands as Earth’s only hope for survival in the midst of a rapidly escalating conflict between the American military and creatures from Mars.

Equal parts Leave it to Beaver and The Day the Earth Stood Still, WHITE PICKET FENCES is a fun and exciting read that is perfect for all ages. “It is extremely important to Micah, Eric, and myself that we create a comic that is truly all ages,” says co-writer Matt Anderson. “We want to make sure that WHITE PICKET FENCES is not just for kids, and not just for adults, but something anyone can pick up and enjoy.”
